Is Shared cPanel Shared License Safe?

No, shared cpanel licensing is not safe, if you allow anyone to install their script on your server from root then your server is not secured and cannot be trusted. Shared license usually uses a validation system and cron functionality to manage license billing and using the same method of reverse engineering (back connect revers) anyone can easily access the root of your server.
